TSMAD reviewed the definitions in the S-57 register with respect to S-32 and has suggested 58 definitions where changes to S-32 might be appropriate. In the attachment to this post you will find an Excel spreadsheet with the review by TSMAD. You will also see a word file where I have extracted those definitions which are being referred to the HDWG. In this word file I have altered the word order of the "defined term" in some cases and then sorted the definitions such that similar terms are grouped together. Please note that I have not highlighted terms that are themselves defined in S-32 as I suspect that some will not make it to S-32. Once we have agreed on definitions I will sort out the appropriate linked terms. Having sorted the terms I have then split them into five, roughly equal, groups keeping similar terms together and will post these separately group by group in order to facilitate the discussion.
